I eat at the waffle house almost every Saturday I really can't understand some reviews! The food is always delicious! Of course they often have a bit of stress But that's also because they always have a lot of guests and that can only be because they do a very good job! Those who love really good food come to the Waffelhaus! I discovered the Waffelhaus for myself at the beginning of this year and can only recommend it to everyone! Hopefully it will open again soon, I miss eating out!

We were there on September 20, 2020 at the main coffee and cake time. The wait was a little longer, but it was still very good. You could tell that the staff was understaffed. Nevertheless, the service was very friendly and courteous. Gladly again!

Waffle itself very tasty ... Unfortunately we waited 40 minutes before an order was possible, another 40 minutes later our waffle came! If you love waffles in sweet and savory versions, you definitely have to go there once. Portions are very generous so create space in your stomach beforehand. Nice service and good hygiene concept. A beautiful terrace invites you to linger. I would love to come back when I'm around again.

We went there today on Sunday with the intention of having a waffle. Unfortunately that was not possible because we were not served. The waiter overwhelmed with everything, only complaining and complaining on the way. After 40 minutes we got up and left because we hadn't received any attention and couldn't place an order. Super tasty waffles - savory and sweet. I don't know if it was due to understaffing or the incompetence of our waiter that so much went wrong. One of our drinks was brought in small instead of large, with one waffle the cream was missing and one was forgotten and only brought on request.

2 waiters for the complete terrace, in my opinion far too few staff. After 1 hour the order was placed, no fresh strawberries, no bananas, supposedly to blame for the supplier ?. But waffles came very quickly, and were delicious, there is nothing. Saving on staff, in the wrong place. Corona time or not.

Here you can eat really well and not just waffles! Were with the family at Christmas in the waffle house and are thrilled. The restaurant itself is nice and cozy, the service very courteous, the food super delicious and well presented and the prices are more than fair for the huge portions! Simply a well-rounded affair - we will be back!

From ordering to serving, the time went very quickly even though it was quite full. The only thing that should be revised is the menu.
